The person from Apple reset all my voice over settings to factory settings
thinking there was a problem. He did save what I had so maybe will ask him to
restore those settings.
Too many issues going on with this computer and he is not available again until
Wednesday.

My messages are not reading from the top when I open a message. Sometimes
the message just sits there and I have to use the up and down arrow keys to
begin reading. I am used to opening a message and have it begin reading from
the top.
Can anyone tell me how I can get this to happen?
