[mac4theblind] Recommended recording apps for iPhone?

Dear all, I was wondering if anyone could recommend a recording app for the
iPhone besides the Voice Memo app that comes by default on IOS devices. I would
like it to be Free but I am more than willing to buy a payed app if it meets my
following requirements.
1. Can record in MP3 format
2. Simple but easy to use
3. Easy methods of just getting the file to my Mac without having to do any
complex iTunes stuff. Just do the recording, already in mp3 format and just
find the file once I've connected the device to my Mac and use or manipulate
the hypothetical recording to my hearts contempt. I will be primarily recording
and sending these via email to a person.
Last but not least and perhaps the most important requirement of them all.
4. An accessable app that works well with Voiceover.
That's all for now but if I think of anything else I'll let you know.
In the mean time, I'll look forward to those who can recommend different
choices of recording apps for an iPhone 5 running IOS 6.4
