1. turn off yoru mac. 2. start the recovery consoul with cmd shift r while powering on yoru mac 3 hold down cmd shift r for about 30 seconds 4. start voice over 5. go to the table and choose disk utility 6. select yoru drive. it will be the second one. 7 choose repair permissions and wait.
