One of the chargers does not do that as reported in the reviews. I don’t know
if others do the same. These chargers cost anywhere from $12 to $70. Look on
amazon. There are lots of them there.

to reason it will charge slower if it is cloudy. But if the
cloud goes away and the sun is shining bright again, it should go
back to its full charging rate.
