So, you chose open with in the context menu, then open in ibooks?

Yep. I did both adding it to the library and going to the context menu on the
file in the file in the finder. I can ee the book in the library on the
computer but when I go to open with and hit iBooks or when I just do
voiceover space on the book in the bookshelf on the iBooks app on the mac it
just opens in preview. Then when I look at ibooks on the phone it still
doesn't show it at all.************
