Oh yes thanks a lot. I sometimes get confused about when to you the VO m and when to use the VO shift m. I suppose the VO shift m is like the context menu on the pc?

when an app has no windows I go to the windows menu and choose a window to have there. there might be an easier way though.

To have an open app in the doc go to th edoc and navigate to the app, then vo shift m and right arrow on options, then hit enter on keep in doc.

On another note, I created a spread sheet in numbers and like it better than the one I managed to transfer from excel.
I do like how voiceover reads for the spread sheets.
