Hi Kim,
    I'm happy to hear you are enjoying your Mac experience.  By all means, 
download and install Mountain Lion.  I am having a lot of fun with it so far.  
I will be posting some thoughts and comments about it on my blog shortly.

   If it has not been mentioned, Shrook is a great RSS reader for the Mac that 
works great with VoiceOver.
