Hi there, Mountain lion is downloaded and installed and seems to be working well so far. The podcasts are very helpful. It did take a long time to download and I was a little worried I wasn't doing something right, but it worked fine in the end. I was also able to back up my mac first with time machine and that seemed to go well too. Thanks as ever for everyone's help and support.
