Also make sure you call and or activate through your online account the 
advanced calling features.  It’s called advanced calling 10.  This is a free 
add on which will enable VOLTE.
Hope it works well, I designed and helped deploy the routing platform that 
VOLTE uses so you’re using my and several of my friends handiwork when you use 
that product.
