[mac4theblind] Verizon enables XLTE, 2 times the 4G speed

For folks who are Verizon customers you likely received a free doubling in 
speed of your devices.  XLTE is to LTE what HSPA+ was to HSPA.  It’s an 
enhancement of the protocol which allows for doubling of your network speed.  
This upgrade is available in many cities including most of the North East.  See

Phones supporting this include the Apple iPhone 5C and 5S, Samsung S4 and S5 
and most of the mobile hotspots.  This new feature uses the AWS band so 
existing LTE devices that do not support XLTE will benefit by having XLTE 
enabled devices moving off their spectrum and on to their own.  
        This means that Voice over LTE or VOLTE should be activated soon.  I 
actually helped build out that part of the network so many of you will get to 
use some of my handiwork.
