[mac4theblind] saving attachments

How do I save attachments?
Here’s what I do:
I go to the “file” menu.
Than I go to save attachments.
I hit the “save button.
Result” the attachment(s) wind up in Limbo.
(they’re no way to be found).
This is a very important attachment.
Urgent help needed.
