Actually, I meant to say that they are prone to damage phones. My phone was in
an o b and got scratched and dented. I’ve seen complaints like this all over
the place.

I don’t see much about phones getting this kind of damage living out side of
these things.

If you are totally blind, and travel alone a lot, have kids, steps, and things
to avoid bumping in to you need this case. YOu will not regret it. I have
dropped this phone off my best friends roof, down concrete steps, and even my
sisters motor cycle run over it. The otterbox was damaged on the out side, but
the phone was not touched. So for me this has been my best insurance plan for
the iPhone for the last 4 years. JMO

Tell me more about the home button. How is it exposed? The censor is totally
open?

Well, after patiently waiting for my local AT&T store to get them in, I finally
got a call this morning that mine had arrived. I know some don't like this
case, because it makes the phone a little bulky. I will take bulky over having
to buy a new phone for 700 bucks, and I like the handy belt clip. This model
is basically just like all the other models, except it feels a little lighter,
and the home button is exposed. It's indented, so not easily scratched, kind
of neatly placed if you ast me. And the finger prints that I had saved, are
still working with the case on. I am actually impressed with this case, I
would give it a 5 out of five stars. NIce design, very light wait, and easy
to open and remove. I do that about once a week to make sure is all clean and
tight.
