If it is NTFS, you will need to get Paragon NTFS for the Mac to be able to read/write to the drive. That will allow you to do all of the copying and moving you need. Otherwise, you can use a USB thumb drive and transfer data to it form the PC and then do so from the thumb drive to your Mac. If you have dropbox, you can, of course, use that to transfer data too.
