Okay some clarification is required on my position I think <smile>
When I was referring to Tablets I wasn’t referring to Phablets, the Note series
is indeed a capable phablet but there’s not much win the size of an Apple iPad
in the Android market that would set the world on fire.
Yes, I have had some incredible Windows Tablets in the past, the most memorable
being the Samsung Galaxy Book Pro which was just plain super from the design of
the keyboard to the performance of the machine.
I also had the pleasure of using the Samsung Note4 5 or so years ago and that
machine could be best described as “Pure Impressive Beast” and the Note series
as you said Scott has come a long way.

You’ll love your new iPad. I have one with the cellular option and it’s very
good.
To say though that Android tablets aren’t going anywhere I think is not true
at all. The Samsung Note has been a winner for a long time and they also
move other more traditional tablets. There are good options on both sides.
The thing is the iPad has a much much more capable processor. I’m so
excited about Apple engineering their own silicon for this reason. I want
one of the 64 core processors they have on the drawing board.

Hi Everyone,
I’m about to upgrade to the iPad Pro current generation and I’m looking
forward to this immensely and this is probably due to my experience with the
1st and 2nd Generation iPad Pro machines I have used over the years which
have been absolutely breathtaking when it comes to performance and
particularly sound.
I’ can only hope that the new iPad Pro 12.9 I plan to purchase will not
disappoint and the addition of the USB-C port should indeed make to a very
flexible package.
I don’t know why it is that Android Tablets just seem to be dead ducks in
the water these days whilst Apple powers on with their iPad Pro and Min,
Microsoft just keep their heads above the surface etc, another topic for
another list perhaps? <smile>.
Cheers
