Hello,
I know that Logitech has come out with a new keyboard for the iPad 11 pro 2020
model. It is $160.00 on the apple store. It does use the smart connector. It
also has an escape key where the apple magic keyboard does not.

So what about the Magic keyboard that Apple are advertising for the iPad Pro,
the keyboard is rather expensive.
I’m not dismissing the keyboard for the cost so if other people can give me a
few pointers on the keyboard then then will influence my my decision whether
to buy or not, I don’t mind paying for a device if it’s going to serve me
well but it does seem - just looking at this keyboard - that it very well
might be money wasted.
Can you use a Third party keyboard like the Logitech Folio series or has
Apple changed the keyboard smart connector on the side so that it isn’t
compatible with any previous generations of iPad Pro.
I could go for an Apple Bluetooth Magic keyboard which I like but with
something the size of the iPad Pro I think it better to use the Smart
Connector wherever possible.

It won't disappoint you in the slightest. I have the smaller pro and have
been able to play things I have put on a stick drive on this device. The
sound is totally wonderful and Apple has taken away the tinniness that came
with the original pros. I use mine all the time for Zoom calls, Facetime and
even watching tv.
Enjoy your new iPad!

Hi Everyone,
I’m about to upgrade to the iPad Pro current generation and I’m looking
forward to this immensely and this is probably due to my experience with
the 1st and 2nd Generation iPad Pro machines I have used over the years
which have been absolutely breathtaking when it comes to performance and
particularly sound.
I’ can only hope that the new iPad Pro 12.9 I plan to purchase will not
disappoint and the addition of the USB-C port should indeed make to a very
flexible package.
I don’t know why it is that Android Tablets just seem to be dead ducks in
the water these days whilst Apple powers on with their iPad Pro and Min,
Microsoft just keep their heads above the surface etc, another topic for
another list perhaps? <smile>.
Cheers
