Hi,
Same here, I find the air big, and while I've not used a mini,
unless you make facetime calls,
and not sure what else, but I couldn't get less than 14 hours out
of it. Once, I lasted for 12 hours, but that was faceTime all
day. In other words, if you want 16 17 hours of battgy, you
might want the air. I suppose brightness also effects it.

Are you a VoiceOver user? do you have the Screen Curtain switched
on?
That can help with the battery problem.
I have an iPad Air. The sound is all right, I suppose. If
you're
looking for a hiFi experience, as it were, then you might want to
consider a bluetooth speaker. I'm happy with my iPad Air except
that
now I think the screen is too large for my needs.

Interesting. The only rumors I have seen about iPad refresh
involved a pro,
and they are saying not until next year. Have you seen
something regarding
the regular iPad or the mini? I am kind of thinking the mini
might be
history. I hope not, but.

you may want to wait as there is the rumor that there will be a
refresh of
he iPads. That being said, the air2 is a nice iPad. Sound
quality is
improved over the mini and good performance over the cell
network with the
included modem if you go that route.
Thanks

The battery on my iPad Mini too is starting to need charging at
least
once a day or twice a day depending on how much I use it. Does
anybody
have an iPad air two? How is the sound quality? I listened to
quite a few
podcasts. I see that there is a sale on The iPad air two at
Best Buy.
Considering replacing my old iPad with that one.
