Armando, where did you get the talking windows PE cd from? If I can get one I 
might try this myself.

I may add I inserted my talking CD and booted using the C key and after the 
drive stops spining I am not getting any sound. What am I doing wrong?

Yes, I was able to successfully install Windows 7 but after I rebooted, I 
didn't have any sound.
