You can get it from www.bryansmart.com. I will however ask another list member
is he can forward me a link that will give me a better talking winPE CD. After
plugginb in a USB headset and letting the mac boot into the cd, I was able to
successfully install windows 7 and use Narrator via the USB headset to install
bootcamp drivers.

I may add I inserted my talking CD and booted using the C key and after the
drive stops spining I am not getting any sound. What am I doing wrong?

Yes, I was able to successfully install Windows 7 but after I rebooted, I
didn't have any sound.
