No paper jammed (or if there is I can't determine where). Trying to figure out how to reset printer. It doesn't seem to have any buttons or touch pads and I haven't found any commands in the menus that seem to be relevant. Thanks though. At least I'm on the right track perhaps. I may just have to hunt a sighted person to have a peek into the manual if the problem is not immediately obvious to him or her. Thanks so much.
