As David said, carefully check your printer for a stuck sensor, paper jam or 
other obvious problems.
 
If this doesn’t clear the problem, phone the printer manufacturer’s tech 
support line or ask the dealer you bought it from.
 
It would seem reasonable to assume the Media Tray is the paper tray but some 
people who come up with names for this stuff have vivid imaginations.
 
Idea!  Check if there is a second or third paper tray tucked away in an 
un-obvious place!  My big HP printer says it has three paper trays, one of 
which is the manual feed slot and the other two consist of one that holds 100 
sheets and the other is the optional large one which holds 500 sheets.  And 
when it grumbles about being out of paper, I generally find the tray I check is 
full of paper but the one it is trying to feed from is empty!
