[mac4theblind] question about key strokes and voice over.

Hi all,
I'm very new to the Mac, and a former windows user. I'm trying to learn key
strokes for various things and notice that some of the key strokes for voice
over take 3 or 4 fingers to perform it seems like. Is there a list of key
stroke short cuts to cut some of this down? I know this may seem old hat to
you guys, but for me, I'm having a tough time learning this. Jim
