Quick Nav is a bit different because it's a feature. I am assuming if you
are on the item and you use Quick Nav, it's automatically interacting for you.
I don't use Quick Hav much outside of Safari, unless it's working with proof
reading a document in Text Edit.

Are you being sure to interact with the browser in Finder? File names
should read as normal, but you have to be certain you are interacting and you
must use the VO-arrows to navigate in some cases.
