    The iCloud keychain system saves various kinds of assets to a special key 
chain system available in iCloud.  This makes the data available to all of your 
devices that share the iCloud account. It's passwords, credit card info, login 
information and such.  It's quite handy.

    One Password is a similar system which was around before iCloud Keychain.  
To be honest, I am not a fair judge of it as I never got it to work properly 
because it was cumbersome to set up.  With iCloud Keychain, you just turn it on 
and it works.
