when doing an upgrade to mavericks, please be aware of the following:

you will need:

1: Download Mavericks
2: upgrade iMovie, iPhoto and Garageband to latest versions.
3: Purchase / Upgrade iWork (Pages, Numbers & Keynote) to newest versions.

if conducting an upgrade only, please install these updates first before
running Mavericks. However, as I’ve just been dealing with a client on another
forum as an emergency, I advise as discussed earlier, creating a pen drive
installer of mavericks and doing a clean install. for more information, please
email me off list at edwardredfern@xxxxxxx

Please note: due to my schedules, I’m all over the place trying to deal with
clients needing mavericks support, apple requiring my time on bug reports and
testing, etc. so please be patient.

yours

Lew
