If the height is only 120cm then just remove the front wheel, then
it should about 30x70x100.I think they'd be splitting hairs if the
train management would bar you from entering the train.
Not totally unrelated: In Sweden you care not allowed to transport
bikes on the train. Folder solutions like your bike become important
when confronted with such bad service.

Thanks Dirk
for the info. Unfortunately,
the bike measures 120cm x 70cm x 30cm. The case that it fits when
disassembled is 78cm x 49cm x 30cm, close to airline standard luggage
requirement (L+W+H):62
in / 158 cm https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cDQQZ0jAFBQ However, riding around with the hard case is not
quite practical:) Perhaps a soft bag is what I need for the
train...
Didn't think about the folding
speed but it's a nice feature that I sometimes wish for the
Bipolar to have quicker release (magnet?). Bike Friday seems to be holding the overall record, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fQscBxx7wLE

Very neat! The "apartment pivot" allowing for a
180degrees turn really shows a lot of uses. In
Danmark the max luggage size is 100cm x 60cm x 30cm.
If you are over that they might refuse you on the
train. Your bike is quite close to these
measurements? If so you just made the fastest folder
in the world ;-)

Hi All,
2 donor training
wheels are added to the headrest for
walking python bike upright. The small
footprint is convenient/safer for walking in
pedestrian traffic, taking the training, and
space saving for storage. Folding pedals
and chain ring guard would be nice
additions... http://youtu.be/wTq2N1fOKgo
Cheers,
