Thanks Ray,

Zope is a beast to set up...its a whole application plattform with its own 
webserver and who nows what else -> overkill :-)

But moinmoin is indeed a good hint. i have been using moinmoin before, but did 
not remember it was programmed in python. Moinmoin is in widespread use, and 
as a quick look reveals, has a drawing plugin which might come in handy for 
us.
So i'm going to look into mediawiki and moinmoin.
