Why not just braze it ? Why the extra step ? Jigs are simple. I just draw the desired angle on some plywood, lay the tubes down, and tap in some nails around the pieces. It holds the pieces steady, but let's me make minor adjustments too. To prevent burning the wood, I hang the joint out in space.
