[python] wild idea

In my youth, 30 years ago, while in my 40's, my only bike had a fixed gear, and a single rim brake on the front. A fixed gear bonds one to the bike in an intimate way ......... see these testimonials http://www.sheldonbrown.com/fixed-testimonial.html Doing my daily 10 miles on my actionbent recumbent I wondered if anyone had ever tried a fixed gear on a python. Could it give better control ....... especially downhill? Perhaps more of a crazy idea than a wild one ....... any comments will be of interest

Regards to all,
Brian in SC USA
