I know I was talking about this a year ago last Christmas, but...
For anybody who is familiar with Ansible, have a look at my github stuff at:

It is a work in progress but there is code there and roles and playbooks
which will allow you to install speakup, or Fenrir, or Mate and Orca on
either Raspbian or Arch.
I also have code on github for generating an Arch image.
I have some more time than usual now because of Covid-19 so maybe I can
put together some more stuff and make some blog posts for the site on
how to do stuff like:
* Install speakup
* Install Fenrir
* Create Arch images
* Run my Ansible code from another Linux machine to connect to a Pi and
configure it
* Write some bash scripts to put on the Web site for download to do some
of the same
