There's a bank of 4 LEDs along the north edge to the right of the
network port with USR0 on the far right and USR3 closest to the
network port. For the record, there also appears to be a
"power" ("PWR") LED adjacent to the 5v power-supply in the top left,
on the network-jack side of the power-supply connector. All the LEDs
are very low-profile, almost flat, not the classic bulb-style that I
used to blow up as a kid by attaching them to a 9v battery (grins).
Below/south of the USR3 LED there's what could be a small push-button
labeled "S3 PWR" (your question #2). To the right of that (south-east
of the USR0 LED), there's what would be another push-button switch
labeled "S1 RESET' (your question #1).
In the bottom right-hand corner (just to the left of pin 45 of the
P8 header, in your question #3), there's "S2" that doesn't appear to
have a silk-screened label like the others, but one diagram I have
shows an arrow pointing to it labeled "Boot button" and a little
digging suggests that holding down this button boots from the SD card
on the underside of the BBB instead of booting from the internal
image.
