Hi Niklas,
Welcome aboard. There is no working distribution of Android for the
raspberry pi that is accessible out of the box. Many people have tried to
port Android to it but from what I have read, the projects have stalled.
You primarily run raspbian which is a derivative of Debian or Arch Linux on
the pi. You can also run Kali Linux if you want to run security tools such
as port scanners and vulnerability analysis tools.
The Windows 10 refers to Windows IOT which is not the same as the desktop
operating system. There is no screen reader for this OS as far as I know.
