Yes, I use Vitelity.net <http://vitelity.net/> and I have also used a few
others like babytel and US SIP. There are both flat rate and per minute
options and you generally get T.38 fax support as well as a lot of advanced
features. If you want to buy larger blocks of time IP innovations is very
good. They require something like $200 down but they have great wholesale
pricing and no per channel charge.
