Jason, James and all,

I think we could maybe do with having some attempt at a consolidation of 
notes and experiences as far as Orca and other screen-reader options go.
It sounds like there might be some mileage in Gnome but not sure.

Suggestions for how we get to a position where we could strategise (is 
that a word? It is now!) would be welcome.
