A few questions:
1. My keyboard doesn't have an insert key, is there a way to change
the keystroke to disable speakup when launching the gui?
2. Does disabling speakup in this manner apply system wide, or just
for the specific tty? In other words, if I log-in to tty1, disable
speakup, and run startx to get to the desktop, and than ctrl+alt+F2 to
tty2, will I get the login prompt for tty2 with speech?
