This probably should be done with my Pi 4B, but I've got it doing
other tasks, and won't be getting another 4B for at least two months
or so as other projects go ahead.
So this is going on a Pi 3B+. Currently it has Raspbian latest I
believe that's the equivalent of Debian Buster, please confirm that?
If it is, i'd like to know if running a graphical interface with the
mate desktop and orca as a screen reader is doable on this pi? If so,
I've got a Samsung Smart TV that has an HDMI port on it, can I use
this as a monitor? If yes, will I get video on said monitor? And since
it's HDMI will I also get audio feedback via the tvs speakers?
For input I can ssh in to the Pi, but am going to be needing a method
to access the GUI on this tv, a Bluetooth keyboard. I've got one, can
I pair it up and use that for input?
If the answer to all this prep work is yes instructions and caveots
would be welcome.
All that is the prep for the next phase of the project.
