I run Plex on several of my RPIs.
The web interface leaves a bit to be desired but it is manageable.
I can also interface Amazon Alexa and voice command media playback.
Plex can cast to Chromcast or Fire-TV devices as well as many set-top players.
Samsung TVs have a build-in client that actually talks through their on-board
screen reader.
