Hi Mike.
This is quite concerning. So what does the file need to contain? I'd
assume you can copy the file manually before inserting your SD card to
the fat partition?

Great, now perhaps they should change sudo so that the pi user needs to
enter a password.

What can you expect when they insist 'Pixel' is not just another theme
