Meh, if it's accessible out of the box and produces updated images on
a regular basis, I'm not sure the underlying distro really makes that
much difference to the average end user.
Admittedly, I'd probably use Debian(specifically, Debian Testing) as a
base if I was going to build my own custom distro whether or not blind
accessibility was a core goal, but that mainly comes down to
.deb/dpkg/apt being the only package management system I'm really
familiar with, not wanting to build on existing derivatives, and
Debian Stable being too outdated most of the time.
