I don't know about others, but I think a patrion page will be a great idea.
Of course you will neet some media to explain properly those thinks you do with
Raspberry VI project, nevertheless, I think it might be worth.

I haven't really been following the threads which have appeared recently.
But here is a brief list of what I really need to do as soon as I can,
and a further list of what I would like to do if I can find the time:
1. The image on the site is well out of date now so I need to re-create
it with the latest Raspbian image. I don't know yet whether Raspbian
has moved on to Debian Stretch, or whether it is still on Jessie. If it
is still Jessie I will leave it for a while and see if Stretch comes
along soon.
2. I will also try to put up an Arch image with the Mate desktop, and
USB audio.
3. I need to try to find the deadlock bug in my audio code which makes
audio with speakup disappear periodically. Currently this can be avoided
by setting up a cron job to restart piespeakup in the middle of the night.
4. I would like to write an audio driver for speech-dispatcher which
uses my audio code so we can get away from USB audio and switch back to
the internal analog audio jack.
5. Finish my Emacspeak speech server which will make it possible to use
Emacspeak with my audio code. It works but still lacks volume control
and a number of other things, like language switching.
Does anybody think a patrion page might make me do a lot more to get all
this stuff working? I am struggling to justify spending a lot of time
on this stuff since I need to try to make a living.
I also need to update the site a bit as I think currently the menus are
a bit messed up and there isn't much Arduino or Beaglebone stuff on
there. Might just take off the Arduino and BB stuff and make it just
Raspberry Pi again.
