I do not think he has posted it yet. Perform the following commands at the
console prompt with a SSH client from your desktop. I use putty on my
windows machine. I think you will also need to creat a git hub account
first. There is no cost for this.
git clone https://github.com/cromarty/ttsprojects.git
cd ttsprojects/raspberry-pi/libilctts/build
sudo ./build.sh
cd ../../piespeakup
sudo ./build.sh
speech will then be heard via the 3.5MM audio jack which is the default.
to change the audio source, edit /etc/default/piespeakup and uncomment the
relevant line in this case, device=hdmi to switch from the 3.5mm jack to
hdmi.

No. You will need the latest version of Raspbian for bluetooth. I never
could get Bluetooth to pare. If someone knows how to do it I would love to
here about it. I googled it to death but no solution worked. It has been a
couple of month sinse I last tried.

I obtained my pi 3 yesterday. Is bluetooth and wifi automatically switched
on? I am tempted to insert my model 2 B sd card into the pi 3 but I
wouldnââ¬â¢t do that if I can then not access the wifi and bluetooth
features.
