[raspberry-vi] bluetooth speaker and sound management

With more hours of reading, I have finally gotten a bluetooth speaker 
paired with my pi.  I needed to install a package called bluez-firmware 
and learn a few more commands.  Here's my next question: how I direct 
speech to the bluetooth speaker while not losing the ability to use the 
output from the 3.5mm jack when the bluetooth speaker is turned off.
