Hi, I have an old router here, and I am using two of the LAN ports. One is going to my laptop, and the other is going to the RPI. I am in windows xp. In the CLI, I do: ipconfig /renew and I update the IP addresses. I do the command: ipconfig /all |more and I find that the old router is: 192.168.0.1 and it looks like the RPI is using: 192.168.0.119 I ping that address and it reports all four times that the data comes back okay. So I go into putty and enter: 192.168.0.119 and I get the fatal error that the network is refused. I am running the latest Raspbian on the SD card. The router is a dLink 713P, and I looked in the settings, and on this router, I cannot find the RPI, I looked in the DHCP area, and other areas too. Thanks for any ideas.
