Society Family,
One should not be tardy with good news but I claim extenuating
circumstances. Just returned from the hinterland (the Pauma Valley) with an
entire back deck loaded with freshly picked oranges, avocados, limes,
strawberries, etc. Farming remains a viable vocation.
But, focusing on the even greater event of the day, let us rise as one and
raise a toast in celebration of July 25th, the birth day of none other than
our own Swamp. The star of academia; bearer of the perpetual positive
attitude and master of benevolence for having allowed us inside his
friendship circle. Finally, I cannot bring myself to divulge his age. Let
me just say I've owned puppies that were older.:)
