wanted to screw up their chance to reopen on May 1st, so SD County courses
decided to play it safe. But today, I read that 55 and older can now use
carts, along with golfers with medical conditions. Golfers with medical
conditions can also have a family member in the cart with them. I played on
May 1st and the group behind me had two older guys in carts because of ADA
rules.
I think the guidelines will continue to evolve quickly,
