[TN-Bird] Bird breathalyzers--article/MECHANICAL ENGINEERING

The site below is an article on the bird breathalyzer from MECHANICAL 
ENGINEERING magazine.  By using this invention, one can see (smell) what 
migrating 
birds have been eating by testing their breaths.  It's an interesting article 
with a picture of a bird undergoing a breathalyzer test.  No kidding!
Question:  Wonder if they plan to check birds (robins, cedar waxwings, etc.) 
that have been eating fermented berries and issue them MWI's for "Migrating 
While Intoxicated?"  Forgive me, please.  I HAD to ask it!
