Old Hickory Lake Wilson Co
Traveling
Took Dad birding this morning
Missed Long-tail Ducks and WW Scoters at Cedar Creek Rec Area but did see
Scaups, Bald Eagle on nest, Osprey on nest, Cormaorants at the little
island rookery, green-winged Teal, Redhead.
At Davis Corner Boat Ramp had over 100 Redheads, 60+ Ruddy Ducks, 40-50
Canvasback, Greater and Lesser scaup, Ring-necke Ducks
LaGuardo Rec Area Canvasbacks, Redheads, Scaup, Ring-neck Duck
Tyrees Access Rd: Common Golden Eye and 2 Red-throated Loons that flew in
while we were there.
