[TN-Bird] Blue-winged Teal (Carter Co., TN)--correction to earlier post

Carter County: Elizabethton 

The location I gave for the site where I saw the Blue-winged Teal earlier today 
contained an error. The correct spot is approximately at the intersection of 
Watauga Road and Sycamore Shoals Drive--in other words, about where Sycamore 
Shoals Drive joins the main road near the Watauga River. The Hart Drive 
location is erroneous.
