Cove Lake State Park/Campbell County
Early morning yielded a Swainson's Warbler singing
briefly on the back trail along with a
Prothonotary Warbler by the viewing deck.
The redundant song of Red-Eyed Vireo can be heard along the back trail.
I have not seen any Green Herons nor Wood Ducks
at Cove this year. Also, no Willow Flycatchers which had
been breeding here for year. Has anyone else had Willow Flycatchers this year?
