This Saturday, June 20, the NTOS will be having a field trip at Beaman Park in
western Davidson County. We will be meeting at 7:00 AM in the parking lot at
the Creekside Trailhead off Little Marrowbone Road. From here we'll take the
trail, searching for breeding songbirds, including Louisiana Waterthrush,
Worm-eating Warbler, Scarlet and Summer Tanagers, Yellow-throated and Pine
Warblers, and more. The outing will only last the morning. Please wear
appropriate footwear, as we will be hiking on rough terrain. Bug repellent is
also recommended. All are invited to attend!
