[TN-Bird] Directions please

I am trying to find the spots on Cross Mountain for the Golden-winged &
Cerulean warbler. I turned up Mountain road by Shoneys in Carreyville. I
have heard of benches and old mines but found nothing. I did find North
Cumberland WMA, Royal Blue Unit. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
